The Housing First/Permanent Supportive Housing model is key to housing those who are homeless and having a community surround those persons with supports helps keep them housed.

Thanks to the Housing First/Permanent Supportive Housing model we are housing chronically homeless Rhode Islanders and providing wrap-around services to keep them housed.
